Cumming, Turner and Watt Property Managers have been established for over 100 years. We are a family run business with a long established office in Glasgow. We have been members of the Property Managers Association of Scotland since 1920 and we are also registered with the Financial Services Authority and currently factor over 2,000 properties in the Lanarkshire, Glasgow, Inverclyde and Ayrshire areas. Our company provides an efficient and reliable service to all clients as and when repairs etc are required.

Our aim as Property Managers is to maintain a good working practise with our clients, to ensure all owners are aware of our procedures and are comfortable with the way we operate e.g. billing, repairs and complaints.

Our objectives for our company is to keep looking into the future and the new technology available to us, with the view to implementing new ways in which all questions, payments etc can be dealt with, with MAXIMUM ease to you, our clients and future clients. Ensuring all properties’ common areas are kept in good repair and that no disputes arise between owners and ourselves with regards to who is responsible.
